  3. Top Up / e-PIN inquiries and concerns
  4. Player Suggestions/Feedbacks/Complaints
  5. i-Cafe Inquiries (concerns for Sales and Distribution Team)

For newly created accounts with e-mail authenticated by GameClub, temporary password will be sent to this e-mail.

GameClub Support hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 in the morning to 7:00 in the evening.
